Mr. Umair E. Tabani, Vice Chairman of T-Rod International Pvt Ltd and The Group of Tabani's Pvt Ltd, is spearheading the fourth generation's entry into the Group under the guidance of the third generation. After completing his BBA with the reputable institution IQRA UNIVERSITY, Mr. Tabani stepped into the practical business environment and joined hands with his superiors to contribute to the betterment and success of the Group. One of the biggest achievements of the Group is T-Rod International glass fiber, which is one of the first and only glass fiber manufacturing Rebar unit in Pakistan. The Group is also a member of various professional organizations.

INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE

He has visited foreign countries to meet and share his experiences, knowledge, views and ideas with key players and personalities of trade and business and attended various seminars, conferences and exhibition related to Textile, Engineering, Construction works, Aviation, Oil & Gas Industries, Railways and Defense Industry.
The ideas and development brought home were modified and implemented in Group to give an edge on competitors and to enhance the goodwill and reputation.

MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

He is a member of Board of Directors of The Group of Tabani's Pvt Ltd , Tabani & Companies Pvt Ltd, Trod International Pvt Ltd & Manal International Pvt Ltd. He is engaged in the policy formulation, further planning, decision making and implementation of the pre-decided objectives and pre-determined targets of the Group.
